Kathy Leibert is Focus of Satellite Contests at Online Casinos
Online poker fans have most likely heard of Kathy Liebert. This
star of the Texas Holdem Poker scene is considered one of the best
players today, and is the center focus of an online satellite tournament
that began through a series of radio trivia contests and other satellite
poker tournaments held at online casinos.
Now that all the entrants have been tallied up, an online competition
will begin this weekend. Following the first round of action,
winners will eventually compete at the final round table for a jackpot
of $10,000. The ultimate prize is an all-expenses-paid round trip
to St. Kitts in the Caribbean, where the 2nd Annual Caribbean Poker
Classic will be held.
It is at St. Kitts that many of the world's best poker players will
be, including Jennifer Tilly, Rob Varkonyi, and of course, Liebert
herself, who went on to say that the winner of this online tournament
could easily become the winner of the Caribbean Classic, and blossom
into a promising professional poker player as so many past unknown
players have done by winning satellite tournaments at online casinos.
Professional poker, unlike other games and sports that take years of
dedication to make it to the pros, is attainable to anyone willing to
practice and study the game. It is a game of luck, so everyone who
is prepared to play it with some smart strategy has an equal chance of
winning. And with the advent of online casinos, anyone can try
their luck at poker and practice as long as need be to become the next
World Poker Champion.
