Developer Reportedly Offered NJ Casino Authority Post
TRENTON, New Jersey – As reported by the Press of Atlantic City:
"Cape May County real estate developer Curtis Bashaw has been offered
the executive director's post at the Casino Reinvestment Development
Authority, according to state Sen. Nicholas Asselta.
"Asked about Bashaw in a phone interview Friday, Asselta, R-Cape May,
Cumberland, Atlantic, said, 'It's my understanding that he was offered
the job, and we're just waiting for the governor to make the
announcement.'
"Bashaw, a political outsider and a Republican, is best known for
restoring the historic Congress Hall hotel in Cape May.
