Clairvest Completes Sale of a Portion of Gateway Casinos Income Fund
Clairvest Group Inc. (TSX:CVG) announced today it has completed a
previously-announced sale of 1,136,094 units of Gateway Casinos Income
Fund for gross proceeds of $17.8 million.
Clairvest will continue to hold 3,365,876 units of the Fund,
representing approximately 12.7% of the outstanding units.
