Caesar's Completes Sale of Bally's Casino New Orleans

today announced that it has completed the sale of Bally's Casino New
Orleans to an affiliate of Columbia Sussex Corporation, a hotel, resort
and casino operator based in Fort Mitchell, Kentucky, for approximately
$24 million. At a news conference today at Chester City Hall, Gary
Loveman, Chairman, CEO and President of Harrah's Entertainment, Inc., (NYSE:HET)
introduced "The Harrah's Chester Challenge," a community initiative
designed to support the acquisition of jobs skills and training that
will enable Chester residents to fully benefit from the new jobs that
will be created as a result of Pennsylvania's gaming legislation.
Diamond I, Inc. (OTCBB: DMOIE), a developer of wireless gaming products,
in response to numerous inquiries and recently published articles,
discussed the operational features of its WifiCasino GS(TM) hand-held
wireless gaming system, as those features relate to recently-passed
legislation (AB471) in the State of Nevada. AB471, which authorizes the
use of mobile communication devices, such as the company's WifiCasino GS
wireless gaming system, for gaming in public areas in Nevada casinos
that have 100 or more slot machines and offer at least one other game,
has been sent to the Nevada governor for his signature.
